How We Handle Jupiter Deliveries

For most vessels, we simply do not gamble on Jupiter Inlet. Deliveries to and from Jupiter typically run the Intracoastal to Lake Worth Inlet at Palm Beach – deep, jettied, commercial-grade – or north to Fort Pierce Inlet, then outside. When a shallow-draft boat and slack tide make the inlet itself sensible, we take it with current tables in hand, because the ebb against an onshore breeze stacks up steep, breaking sets across the mouth.

Inside, the Jupiter area is bridge country: the US-1 bridge, the Indiantown Road bridge, and the Jupiter Federal bridge all gate the ICW here, and the Loxahatchee River – Florida’s first federally designated Wild and Scenic River – winds west past Jonathan Dickinson State Park. We plan every Jupiter run around opening schedules and air draft so your boat is not circling in a narrow channel with the current running.
